Here's how the inquiry features on this website work.

What you share

The quote form asks for your name, phone number, project details, and optionally an email address and reference file. Only upload files you have permission to share. Avoid including sensitive information that isn't needed to discuss the project.

Where it goes

When online submission is enabled, inquiries are stored in Firebase Firestore for the IB CNC Designs team to review. Optional reference uploads are stored on Cloudinary and can be accessed by anyone who has the file's link. When enabled, EmailJS delivers an inquiry notification to the team.

Website analytics

When analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as the pages viewed, the general region and the type of device. We don't use it for advertising. For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are off by default and only anonymous, cookieless measurements are sent.

WhatsApp and email

WhatsApp links open a prefilled message for you to review and send. Email links open a draft in your email app. The message is not sent until you send it. Those services handle information under their own terms and policies.
